Q: if i want to get a warranty claim, what materials should i provide?A-You should provide blow items.

- Please send us a clear picture of both the front and rear of your original packaging. And softly scratch off the anti-counterfeit code layer and find out the 16-digit security code (QR code and the number). See below picture.
- A copy of your online purchase receipt, or a photo of your physical receipt.
- Please send us a short video clip of the problem that you encountered. And please ensure the unit is fully charged when you are taking the video clip.
- The unique identification number (UIN) which can be seen once you take out the Pod, and it is embedded on the left side of the small silver magnet on the physical unit.

Q: how long about the warranty i can get ?6 months after the purchase date.

Q: the device can’t power on.A-You can follow the steps below.
- Please charge your unit for a prolonged period of time and check if your problem still exists, sometime a unit may undergo a reset process during a lengthy charge.
- Please make sure that you use the correct power adapter (the maximum Voltage is 7V). The cable we provided is micro USB port or Type-C port.
- We suggest you use your computer as a charging station because this is a clever way to ensure your device does not get overcharged and damaged.

Q: do i have to clean suorin devices ?A-SUORIN devices are easy to maintain. To clean the charge contacts and inside the main device, please use a dry or slightly moistened cotton bud.

Q: why is my device not producing vapor ?Use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol (squeezing off any excess) to clean the contacts inside the SUORIN device and on the pod. This should restore the connection between the pod and the device if any moisture has been in contact with them. Gently tap the pod, mouthpiece side up, on a table and reinsert it into the SUORIN device. Any tiny air bubbles should rise and re-saturate the wicks. Insert a different pod to see if that helps.

Q: why is my device not charging ?A-Try these steps:
- Check that the LED lights flash when connected to the charger
- Change the method of charging–if you are using a computer try a wall charger
- Check if you use the correct power adapter, Micro USB or Type-C is suggested. If your SUORIN device still isn’t charging, submit a warranty claim.

Q: how can i use the pod rightly ?A-You can follow below steps.
- Please check whether you full-fill the pod over 5 times. Because the valid-time of the pod is about max 5 times.
- Please use juice PG:VG=3:7.
- Please let the juice be fully dip-dyed on the cotton.
- Please change a new pod once the pod is burnt.

Q: how many times can i fill the pod ?A-After 5 times using, we suggest you to change the pod with a new one.

Q: does it contain juice in the device ?A-No. The device doesn’t contain the juice. You should buy the juice and fill into the cartridge.

Q: is there a certain vape juice that suorin recommends ?A-We suggest to use juice PG:VG=3:7.

Q: can you use zero nicotine juice in the suorin devices? will it affect the coil ?A-Sure. It won’t affect the coil.

Q: what type of juice should i put into? what level of nicotine should i get ?A-We suggest you use juice with PG:VG=3:7. And 4:6 or 5:5 are still suitable. The best level of nicotine is 2%-5%.

Q: where can i purchase the cartridge ?A-You can buy the cartridge at an authorized dealer or their website to buy the cartridges.
